L&M STAFF

The L&M Baseball Program employs highly trained staff members with experience at various levels of baseball, both as players and coaches. Our staff helps guide players through all phases of development throughout their careers including skill development and college recruiting.

Idris Liasu "Coach E"

Founder/Owner of Liasu Sports Group/ L&M Baseball

A 2006 graduate of Bethany College, Liasu earned his bachelor's degree in Physical Education while competing for the Swedes from 2003-2005.  He was awarded the Performance Baseball Award Scholarship, Dean's Scholarship and was a two-time KCAC All-Conference selection. Liasu has been to all levels of baseball from scouting to coaching. His expertise in the game allows for over 100+ athletes to commit to colleges, and 5 MLB draft picks. 

Ryan Kirkpatrick

General Manager of L&M Baseball

A 2024 graduate of Curry College, Kirkpatrick earned his bachelor's degree in Special Education while competing for the Colonels from 2020-2024.  A senior captain and three-time CCC All-Academic team selection and 2023 All-region academic team. Kirkpatrick began his coaching career in 2019 when he became an Assistant Coach with L&M baseball. Kirkpatrick is in his 7th year as an L&M coach and 3rd year as the L&M General Manager. Most recently, Kirkpatrick took a job with his Alma mater coaching at Curry College. 

Jim Richardson

 Director of Baseball Operations

Jim Richardson enters his 5th year with L&M. Coach Richardson graduated from Bryant University with a BSBA, majoring in marketing and went on to earn a Masters degree in Education from Providence College. Coach Richardson works as the Director of College Placement at Marianapolis Preparatory School in CT, where he’s also one of the Varsity Baseball coaches. He also runs his own college consulting business, Anchor College Counseling where he works on an individualized basis with clients to navigate the college application process.

Bill Klika

L&M 15u Head Coach

Dr. Bill Klika is a well known sports kinesiology and strength and conditioning coach. He has over twenty years of coaching experience in a wide variety of roles. He currently works as a professor at Johnson and Wales University. His experience in the field of strength and conditioning as well as baseball allows great opportunities for our 15u team to develop and grow as athletes.

Netalix Torres

Infield Instructor/ Hitting Instructor

Netalix Torres enters his fourth season as L&M Baseball's infield coordinator, Youth hitting instructor, and assistant 17u coach. Torres also is the Head Baseball Coach at Central Falls High School. Torres specializes in the instruction of hitting and infield development.

Dante DeRuosi

L&M Coach/ Camp Counselor

DeRuosi enters his 2nd year with L&M Baseball. A 2025 graduate of Curry College DeRuosi served as a student manager for the Curry baseball team, working on game day analytics and advanced scouting. Dante brings a wealth of baseball knowledge to L&M as the 18u Coach as well as a Camp counselor for our summer youth camps. 

Kyle Denis

L&M 13u Coach

A 2022 graduate of UMass- Dartmouth Kyle enters his first year as an L&M coach. Kyle comes to L&M as an alumni with a lot of experience in baseball instruction and development. Kyle specializes in working with hitters and corner infielders. His ability to educate young hitters on key techniques that translate to the bigger field allow for our 13u program to have success. 

Deke Mousseau

L&M 12u Coach

A Graduate of Mount St. Charles, Deke enters his 3rd year with L&M Baseball as the head coach of the 12u team. Deke is foundational in the development of the youth sector of L&M baseball and allows for players to coniue to progress and see instrumental progress in their development. 

Connor Donohue

15u Assistant Coach

A 2021 L&M Grad, Connor played collegiate baseball at Colby-Sawyer while studying Sports Management. Connor is entering his first year with L&M where he will be responsible for assistant coaching the 15u program.
